Founder of and CEO of Y Davis Consulting Co. and IgniteHER Women's Network, Yolanda has 30 years of executive coaching and leadership experience in Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). She is passionate about helping others improve their lives and careers, specializing in coaching people to manage a career transition, start or build a business, or make a major life change.

Her stellar career and educational background have been attributed to her success and ability to thrive in this fast-paced industry. She's been an executive leader in three Fortune 100 companies and three different industries (Healthcare, Academia, and Oil & Gas). With over 30 years of experience, Yolanda has amassed a wealth of experience, which she leverages to see multiple steps ahead, oversee consequences, and ultimately provide the best solutions combining key elements from the different industries to benefit her clients. She has successfully coached individuals from the mailroom to the boardroom by meeting them where they are in their careers, helping them to build executive presence, providing candid feedback and a strategic blueprint to help take their careers and organizations to the next level with a commitment to the process and execution of the strategy.
